RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement a procedure manual on the process of converting leads from a free trial to paying customers.
- Accompany each free trial request from our website until the conclusion of the purchase by the customer.
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups in order to keep the customer base satisfied.
- Customer interaction and collaborates with marketing co-workers to run customer events.
- Establish deployment goals and success factors and then develop a plan to carry them out successfully.
- Conduct well-being status calls on a regular basis to review their deployment status.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent creative writing skills and a passion for engaging with people
- Excellent knowledge of social media communications
- Experience in communications, community management, online marketing, social media management and blogging are an advantage
- University degree in communications or media science is a plus

- Fluent in spoken and written French and English
- Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively
