If so, then this could be a great fit. Our company is hiring a Junior Business Process Integration Consultant to work on implementing the ERM Hub, our Cloud-based enterprise relationship management tool, with our clients. We’d love to have you onboard!
So we need someone who’s good at business process implementation, who has a passion for helping businesses succeed, has expertise in information management systems, or has experience with organizational consulting to come in and help us assist our clients with implementing the ERM Hub, our Cloud-based enterprise relationship management tool.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design business processes based on the methodology training and templates provided by our senior consultants
- Write implementation specifications and configuration settings worksheets
- Conduct data audits of the provided data received by our clients
- Perform the ERM Hub platform configuration according to the specifications and training provided by our senior consultants
- Unit testing of each business process implemented
- Provide in-person or prerecorded training videos to the end-users
REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding of what are business processes
- No coding skills are necessary, but an understanding of HTML, PHP, and SQL is a plus
- Excellent creative writing skills and a passion for engaging with people
- University degree in business administration, business audit, or management information systems
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Fluent in spoken and written French and English
- Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively
- Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner
- Ability to work independently without supervision
